Storm Brewer operates under strict non-disclosure protocols. Information submitted via the inquiry portal is encrypted and restricted solely to the principal advisor for the purpose of conflict-of-interest checks and qualification.
Data Handling for M&A Contexts: We acknowledge that inquiries often precede public disclosure of material events (M&A, IPO, Leadership Transition).
- No client data is shared with third-party marketing vendors.
- No tracking pixels (Meta/LinkedIn) are utilized on this domain.
- Inquiries that do not proceed to engagement are permanently purged from our active ledger after 30 days.
Conflict of Interest: Existing advisory relationships may preclude us from engaging with direct competitors within the same category window.
These conflicts, if present, will be disclosed immediately upon review of your intake data.
